Hi Nick,

You will need to split your mask up into several masks, each containing the individual areas that you are interested in.

Cheers,

Hi

I have I question on atlasquery. I fed a mask with 20 areas into the command but it only returns designated areas for one line i.e one area. Is this how it works or can it return anatomical areas for al areas? Can one make a script otherwise?
