Hi Everyone, I'm working with non-skeletonised DTI that I preprocessed using FSL and then put through a pICA. I'm trying to get the labels for the regions that had significant correlation. The only atlases I have used to date have been in mricon, but they only have the skeletonize white matter atlas. When I open atlases in FSLView and FSLEYES, I can see the image, but it doesn't give me the labels. Would be grateful for any help and/or suggestions.
