Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. Right now, I am trying to figure out how to make grey matter masks for the right and left insula (so two separate masks). I really am not sure how to go about this and have tried to find something to help me, but there does not seem to be any resources out there that can help me make the mask. Any help would be very much appreciated. I am trying to do this with the Harvard Oxford Atlas as well through FSL.
