Hello,
When I try to execute a command like ./dtifit I get the output ./dtifit: Comand not found.
DESKTOP-U4H41O9:/mnt/c/Windows/System32> ./dtifit
./dtifit: Command not found.
However, I know that the command is set up as seen below.
DESKTOP-U4H41O9:/mnt/c/Windows/System32> which dtifit
/usr/local/fsl/bin/dtifit
Is the issue the location of the fsl commands? Or possibly some setting for my bash/ubuntu terminal (on a Windows 10 PC).
