Hello everyone, I hope all is well. Right now, I am trying to make an insular cortex mask with FSL. I can make the mask, that is not an issue. But I want to make two maks, one for the insular cortex in the right hemisphere and one for the left hemisphere. Also, I am trying to do this with the Harvard-Oxford Atlas in FSLeyes. I am not sure how to do this. Can anyone help me out?
