Dear FSL team,
I am sorry to come to you with such a simple request, but I am completely stuck.
I run fslvbm_2_template in Ubuntu Linux, but the template_4D_GM file is not created.
There are plenty of mentions to problems involving template_4D_GM not appearing, but in jiscmail I could not find a solution that worked.
A possible reason for the problem might be that the following files in subdirectory struc have zero size:
fslvbm2a.*
fslvbm2b.*
