Hi,

This implies that the FSL installation did not complete successfully. Make sure you have a reliable internet connection, and run this command in a terminal:

sudo $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh -f $FSLDIR

  I installed FSL7_64 (the virtual machine，using fslinstaller.py. Everything is ok. I worked with some commands and gui and it works fine too. BUT, when I tried to use bedpostX command, error message showed: 

an error ocurred. Please check file /home/fsluser/work/bedpo.bedpostX/logs/bpx_preproc.e119113.

 when i checked the /home/fsluser/work/bedpo.bedpostX/logs/bpx_preproc.e119113 file, the following error is found :

 /usr/local/fsl/bin/bedpostx_preproc.sh: line 71: /usr/local/fsl/bin/imcp: No such file or directory

 i checked my $FSLDIR/bin directory and did not find the imcp file.

 I compared this bin/ directory between my installation and another one (fsl4) and found this file missing.
