Hi, Silly follow-up question - why have you included the -logp flag in your recommended command, and on the wiki, you have -logp as strongly recommended? Is there a statistical or computational reason? Or is it for visualisation to emphasise very small p-values? And when viewing in something like fsleyes, I would threshold at 1.3 to see my significant activity at a threshold of alpha=0.05?
