Hi Leonidas, actually you can install any other version of CUDA. You will need to download the correct binary files from here: https://users.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/~moisesf/Bedpostx_GPU/Installation.html I have never tried on Mint. On Ubuntu, these binaries work. So if the GPU works correctly, I expect bedpostx_gpu to run correctly, but I am not sure. You can always recompile the source code. Moises.
