I have come across Eddy QC tools on the FSL website

I wanted to use the tool to evaluate the quality of our DTI sequences and how well eddy is able to correct our data.  However, I have not been able to find a patch for the described function. 

I’m running fsl 5.0.10 on Mac with an updated version of eddy (eddy_cpu), that I recently downloaded.

 

If this function is not yet available, what other tools to evaluate quality of DTI data would you recommend?
