Hi Mahmoud,

Something must have changed on the server (e.g. a system update) for FSLView to stop working.

It should be possible to get FSLeyes working by using xming-mesa, rather than xming:

Hello all,

I faced a strange problem today. I'm using Putty + Xming server forever to connect to our Linux server and running my FSL scripts.
Since the invention of FSLeyes I've not been able to use it but I was using fslview_deprecated fine till this morning that it stopped.
I can see the logo of the fslview for a second but it disappears and I can't figure out what's happening.
Anyone else had this problem before?

Thanks,
Mahmoud
