Dear Rosie, I had a quick look at the ZIP archive BRAVO_v1.3.zip and it contains no Debian package, only a number of MATLAB files. I didn't see any installation instructions, but I guess all you need to do is put the extracted directory wherever you want (e.g., ~/matlab/BRAVO) and add that location to your Matlab path. Good luck, > On September 9, 2018 at 6:04 PM Rosalia Dacosta Aguayo <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > > > Dear FSL' experts. > I am trying to install BRAVO software: > https://sites.google.com/site/bravotoolbox/downloads > Version 1.3.zip > But I am having a problem. > Could any one of you help me to solve this problem? > Thank you very much. > Rosie > > rosalia@rosalia-Lenovo-Y520-15IKBN ~/Desktop $ cd BRAVO > rosalia@rosalia-Lenovo-Y520-15IKBN ~/Desktop/BRAVO $ sudo apt-get install > BRAVOReading package lists...
