Hi, All, I wanted to resample our T2 image, whose dimensions are 208 x 300 x 320 and voxel size is 0.8 x 0.8 x 0.8mm^3. I used the following command: flirt -in T2Image.nii -ref T2Images.nii -o ResampledT2Image -applyisoxfm 2. Based on these parameters, all resampled T2 images should have the same dimensions: 83 x 120 x 128. Strangely, the dimensions of some resampled images are 83 x 119 x 128. Is there a better way to do this?
