Dear all, I would like to ask a question pertaining to possibility of Influence of MRI scanners in morphometry analysis results in VBM analysis. I have 40 subjects ( Healthy ) scanned on 3T verio mri scanner and 40 subjects ( patients) scanned on 3T seimens Skyra scanner. If i do VBM analysis on Healthy vs patients , do you consider the results viable ?. I am sure there will be problems associated with reproducibility of results, since we are comparing 2 groups of subjects scanned on different imaging scanners.
