Seeking Visiting Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Disability Studies The Disability Studies Program at the University of Toledo (Ohio, USA) invites applications for a three semester Visiting Lecturer/Assistant Professor with an expected startdate of January 1, 2019 (the Spring 2019, Fall 2019, and Spring 2020 semesters). Situated within the College of Arts and Letters, the University of Toledo’s Disability Studies Program is an exciting interdisciplinary program with a strong international reputation. Disciplinary and interdisciplinary fields sought include but are notlimited to Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Psychology, Public Health, Public Policy and Administration, Sociology, and Urban Studies. Ph.D. or ABD status is required. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to teach Introduction to DisabilityStudies. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates whose research and teaching incorporate intersectional analyses; and from candidates with the ability and experience to mentor first generation college students. Summer teachingis a possibility.
