We'll be looking more into tuning Volta stuff right after finalizing a RELION-3 paper with Sjors, so it will hopefully get quite a bit better for existing hardware in RELION3 patch releases, but I can't promise exactly when or how much. We're *fully* committed to GPUs in our own facility though, so from a pure egotism point-of-view we need it :-)
