Lovely SEDA colleagues, I would like to enhance the *celebration of success *of PCAP graduates who have written outstanding pieces for their course assignment and also do something with our alumni. We currently have a recognition mechanism that is 'feel good' but I wonder whether there are ways to feedback great assignments into sharing and enhancing practice. I am looking for ideas! An in-house magazine has come to mind but any improvement on this suggestion welcome. So are suggestions for what works in staying in touch with PCAP alumni. As always - Thanks!
