OVERVIEW

Mobile, wearable and ubiquitous systems have a pivotal role in today’s 
society and daily life. Research and innovation in these domains has the 
potential to unlock important new applications and open the door to a 
better understanding of their use.

The aim of this first symposium is to establish a venue for discussion 
and presentation of research within the UK mobile, wearable and 
ubiquitous systems community. It will be hosted and supported by the 
newly founded Centre for Mobile, Wearable Systems and Augmented 
Intelligence in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at 
Cambridge.

PROGRAMME

The provisional programme for the first edition of MobiUK is now

Key Highlights:

* 36 talks featuring new research results from across the UK research 
community in the mobile systems area, spanning the whole spectrum 
(machine learning over mobile systems, security and privacy, health and 
other emerging applications, data analytics, ..)

* A special industry session featuring speakers from Microsoft Research, 
Nokia Bell Labs, Google and Samsung
