Hi

I have been asked to find out if clinical telephone support for mental health patients leads to a reduction of ED visits.  Anyone know of any evidence regarding this?

Also, has anyone heard of Clinical Advice and Assessment Service – CAAS?  I think this might be quite new, but also looking for any information regarding mental health involvement in this type of service.

TIA

Lisa
