Would anyone be able to offer help/advice with this search request we have just received?

 Has your hospital received an award for frontline staff or do you have any other ideas on how I can respond to this query?

 

“I am carrying out a piece of work to improve patients’ first impressions of the hospital. This is focussing on reception staff, not clinical staff.

I was wondering if you could find out about any awards for best practice that have been won by public sector organisations relating to this subject”

 

Any help gratefully received.  I am happy to summarise responses if anyone else is interested.
