Hi everyone,

We have a user who is undertaking a systematic review who needs to be able to find out how many duplicates are in her very large search results, there are just over a million of them. To be clear these are search results and not saved results at this stage.

Theoretically she could save them all but at 50 a time that would be prohibitively time consuming. I have tried exporting to a reference manager (Zotero in our case) but as that can only be done in bundles of 500 that is also not practical.

In essence she is trying to use HDAS for something it’s not really designed or intended to do, but I thought I’d try the wisdom of the LIS crowd to see if anybody can see a solution without a load of manual work.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Carl Cross | Knowledge Services Manager
