DevOps Engineer Location: Cambridge, UK Contract: Permanent Salary: Negotiable, depending on skills & experience 1Spatial have opportunities for DevOps Engineer to join their UK development team. Are you seeking a change or searching for a new challenge? Job Role You will be joining an aggressively growing team working on the core technology of the company’s products and solutions. You will be responsible for working closely with our development and test teams, who work together in a highly collaborative Agile environment focusing on continuous integration and delivery and who are supported by our fully automated test process. You will help build automated deployments using configuration management technology. You will help the support teams in system troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains, as well as suggesting architecture improvements and recommending process improvements. You will also be providing support during various operations such as deployment and general production, to both internal and external customers, often designing, implementing and testing agreed-upon infrastructures. You will help learn about and gather new technologies and related tools to introduce to the company to grow the agile development environment. This will mean collaborating with the whole development team to make sure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices.
