Hi Tim,

Yes, I thought so. The installation did not succeed (it says "can't open file") and also when I wrote these below it said "cannot write to usr/local/fsl" :

-FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl
. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH

${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh
Thank you

This sounds like the directory containing the FSL binaries was not added to your PATH environment variable. Did the installation (the command 'python fslinstaller.py') succeed without errors?

What is the output when you enter the following command in the shell inside the CentOS VM:

  echo $FSLDIR
