          It looks like two of your inputs may have a problem - can you check if these files exist?:

Cannot open volume /Users/neurodetect/Desktop/rsfMRI_ND_MS/ND_001/func/func.feat/ICA_AROMA/denoised_func_data_nonaggr_results+.ica/reg_standard/filtered_func_data for reading!

==> drA.e11006.2 <==
Cannot open volume /Users/neurodetect/Desktop/rsfMRI_ND_MS/ND_002/func/func.feat/ICA_AROMA/denoised_func_data_nonaggr_results+.ica/reg_standard/filtered_func_data for reading!
