Hi,

I am getting following results:

[root@localhost fsluser]# ls -al /usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 5413 Mar 19 15:27 /usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh
[root@localhost fsluser]# /usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh 
Stage 1
By installing this python distribution you agree to the license terms in
/usr/local/fsl/fslpython/LICENSE.txt
100%
Stage 2

Stage 2 is taking lot of time, this happened to me while installing fsl.

         It sounds like the fslpython install may have failed during the full FSL installation. Can you try running $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_install.sh and then check again if fslpython exists?
