Hi Micky,
               The phrase “Effect size” can be taken to mean different things to different people. In terms of statistical effect size you can take the “raw” t-statistics that are produced by randomise, although you can just use the PE/COPEs as un-normalised effect sizes. Note that you can also use the option --glm_output  in randomise to generate the COPE/PE images etc.
