Postdoctoral Researcher- Urban Informatics
We seek an outstanding postdoctoral researcher with advanced skills in data analytics and visualization, programming, and/or machine learning, and a demonstrated interest
in urban issues. The postdoctoral researcher will work collaboratively with USI faculty, further the Institute’s research and outreach agenda, and develop independent research projects. The successful candidate will have critical insights in applying innovative
data and approaches in urban research.
We invite applications from early-stage scholars who are energized in an interdisciplinary, collaborative environment. Substantive areas of urban research might include (but are not limited to) transportation,
housing and neighborhood change, real estate markets, public health, inequity and inclusive development, urban/regional economic development, social movements, urban political change. The postdoctoral researcher will not be required to teach but will be given
the opportunity to teach one or two courses for the duration of the appointment. More information at
