Dear Members of ALT

This year members are asked to vote on an updated constitution for ALT. The Agenda also includes the Annual Accounts and Report, presented by the Honorary Treasurer, and the award of Honorary Life Membership of ALT and the presentation of the inaugural Chair's Award. The meeting will close with a CMALT Ceremony, celebrating all Members who have achieved or updated their accreditation in the past year.

All full ALT members have the right to vote, either in person at the AGM, or by proxy if unable to attend.

• AGM passes will be provided for any member wishing to attend the AGM but not registered for the Annual Conference.
• The proxy voting form is attached, and can also be downloaded from https://www.alt.ac.uk/about-alt/how-we-are-governed/agm. Please be aware of the deadline for submission of proxy voting forms, 31 August 2018.
