Dear SPM experts I begin with DCM for resting state fMRI and I follow the SPM12 manual (chapter 38). I tried to use the example Dataset. When I need to define the GLM, I have to extract the CSF and WM signal. I use the spheres as described but the manual add a mask. This mask is not in the Dataset where indicated (glm directory). I just wanted to know what this mask is for and if it important. With many thanks Clément
