Dear SPM Experts, I have a question and I would be really appreciated if you can help. I have a 3D image (for example A) and I need to linearly register it using SPM12 to a created template from my data set. After setting parameters and computing registration parameter, when I use spm_write_sn to apply transformation to A, negative value will appear in registered image. Do you know how can I prevent having negative values in output of spm_write_sn? Regards Negar
