Dear Madalene, Many thanks for your email. I would also be very interested in attending this. I chair the Mercian Disability Forum, as mentioned below by Laura: it would be great if we could collaborate in some way! It might be worth noting there is also a subgroup of the Mercian Collaboration called the Mercian Disability Forum<https://merciancollaboration.org.uk/mercian-disability-forum> (MDF). The MDF comprises of Library professionals working within member institutions (mainly Midlands) with an interest in, or responsibility for, supporting disabled students. We'd like to invite colleagues from the Midlands (and beyond!) to join us at The Hive, our integrated public and University library, to share experiences, frustrations or solutions regarding alternative formats, assistive technology and general library accessibility. The plan would be for an informal conversation open to all: library staff, publishers, aggregators and accessibility services. We've no firm date in mind but are keen to see if there is interest in this type of meeting. Please let us know if this is something you might be interested in attending and we'll organise a date.
