But your email isn’t clear. Do you mean people who are currently engaged in PR/IR or have been in the past? Is there a reason for conflating learning disability and mental illness (not quite sure what 'behaviour that challenges’ is). Or are you after people who have used/are using PR/IR with people who have both learning disabilities AND mental illness?
