Problem solved. I ran randomise_parallel with in a batch script. Did not know you can't do that.

I am trying to run randomise parallel. I am getting an error from the the first call to fsl_sub.


socket_connect_unix failed: 15137
qsub: cannot connect to server (null) (errno=15137) could not connect to trqauthd


the fsl version i am using is 5.0.11. What could be th cause for this problem?
