JISCMail - FSL Archives

You can extract ROIs from an atlas in a number of ways: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/lectures/practicals/registration/index.html#applying covers this using FSLeyes. You can then use fslstats with the -k option and -M options to extract values from your data.
