For CentOS, it should work if you download the "loveshack-sge" repository: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/loveshack/SGE/

It's been awhile, but I don't remember having to configure anything for it to work. You can also check out the FSL wiki page: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslSge
