Hello FSL experts,
Fsleyes error
"An error occurred updating the texture data
Details: ('Non-contiguous array passed', array([0., 0., 0., ..., 0., 0.,
0.], dtype=float32), <OpenGL.GL.images.ImageInputConverter object at
0x116dd9710>)"
This error occurs when I try to load func2struct_negy.nii.gz - the output
from epi_reg after following tutorial
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/primers/intro_primer/ExBox19/IntroBox19.html
Any thoughts will be much appreciated.
