I know that many "conventional" graduate-school student gigs include the things in the service sector, such as baristas etc. During my Graduate career, I found that freelance writing provided a flexible source of income and also helped to practice writing skills and put something extra on a resume. It could be worth looking online for one-time or recurring writing opportunities, or reaching out to local online or print publications (disability-related or otherwise) to see if they are looking for paid columnists or article contributors. This type of work can be done remotely and, usually, pretty flexibly schedule-wise.
