Hi all
We are looking use Western Union for some of payment services relating to students from the US.
Our IT department would like to do a technical evaluation to ensure compliance but WU aren't prepared to share details with us. They are identifying themselves as Controllers and therefore aren't in a position to agree any data processing terms with us. We are going to ask them to agree to a data sharing agreement which they may also decline.

This is causing us some concern, and we will present the risks to our IT governance board, and we will see whether they are prepared to accept the risk and procure anyway or not.

In the meantime, I thought I would seek out any collective wisdom - has anyone had this issue...or similar experience...or has anything they can share with us.

Thanks in eternal gratitude

Rachel
