Hi,

  We are installing and testing Relion on a new cluster and have some issues with the CTF correction:
  - when testing CTFFIND and GCTF with an on-line command from the terminal, they work properly
  - when tested through Relion, they both fail:
   * GCTF generated output log files that where it says "Processing done successfully", gctf0.out  looks ok as well, gctf0.err is empty, but run.err shows the following error messages:

  WARNING: cannot find line with Cs[mm], HT[kV], etc values in CtfFind/job049/movies_tif/nc0014_0099_gctf.log
 WARNING: skipping, since cannot get CTF values for MotionCorr/job033/movies_tif/nc0014_0099.mrc

  * For CTFFIND, the error message is  
  WARNING: skipping, since cannot get CTF values for MotionCorr/job005/movies_tif/nc0014_0099.mrc
  and in the log file of that image, the process has failed as well:

  Input image file name                              :
Error: File does not exist, please provide an existing file!
 Error: Running as script, and answer is not recognized...

 I can't figure out why it is running from the terminal but not from Relion. It may be just a stupid mistake, but if anyone has any idea, that would be great.
