Hi,

We are trying to use MotionCor2 on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux but have some trouble making it work. It doesn't generate any error message, but the issue is that it doesn't seem to read the images properly: the statistics in the log files show

CC Mean Std: 0.000e+00  0.000e+00
CC threshold: 0.000
Mean Std:  0.00 0.00
Num Hot pixels:      0
Hot pixel threshold: 10.00
Mag stretch: 1.000  -0.000

and the resulting aligned map only contains "0".

I checked the issue is not coming from the image by testing it with motioncor2 on another machine (CentOS Linux 7), and it reads it properly:

CC Mean Std: 1.341e-01  9.976e-02
CC threshold: 0.733
Mean Std:  60.44 8.09
Num Hot pixels:      189
Hot pixel threshold: 108.99
Mag stretch: 1.000  -0.000

Does anyone know what the issue could be and how to solve it?

Thanks,

Best,

Nicolas
