This is interesting and long, but still feels a little superficial.

Discussions are predominantly based around North American systems and applications, with discussion of Purdue Signals but few alternatives.

Some comments on ethics but very light touch and no mention at all about bias in the data – conscious or otherwise.

 

If you’ve got the time, give it a read, but its not really saying anything new.
