Thanks for your prompt response.
Have you received any formal letter from Abbott?
Can this lot be used to report patient results? Our  high lnternal control seems to be very OK . However our lower control has a consistent flag '
unable to calculate result'  We haven't tested any patient samples yet on this lot.

Are you facing any issue with the Abbott CK reagent lot UN18? Particularly with results in the lower range.

Error message :
