Dear SPM experts,
I just have 100 T maps (obtained by
two-sample t-tests) and I do not have the spm.mat files, beta_000X files and so
on. I am wondering how to perform FWE correction at the peak level on these t
maps? Could I directly use SPM functions? If so, which function could I
call?
