Dear SEDA colleagues We are seeking an HEA External Reviewer for ‘Achieve’, our newly re-accredited CPD scheme at London South Bank University which recognizes LSBU colleagues as Associate Fellow (D1), Fellow (D2) and Senior Fellow (D3) of the HEA. We welcome expressions of interest in the role from those who have the following qualifications and experience: Essential · at least Senior Fellow (D3) recognition · experience of leading or supporting HEA-accredited provision · experience of making HEA fellowship recognition decisions Desired · previous external examining/reviewing experience · understanding of the wider context of academic development within HE The role involves attendance in person at two Awards Panels per year (the first of which is in early December 2018), reviewing a sample of submitted claims plus documentation and completion of an annual report. As this is a new scheme, your input will be invaluable in reviewing and improving upon our CPD model. An annual fee plus expenses will be paid on completion of the work.
