Hi Becky, We have a report on registers that we print off to evidence start date / existence of sessions. Generally speaking the weekly condensed screen should be fine for evidencing start date on the .web. I then mass print off a week of the year for the students, as the majority of our provision is consistent teaching per week, and give them the College calendar demonstrating the number of teaching weeks. With them then doing a simple ‘Hours per week’ * weeks. I’d then provide evidence for additional activity not on the timetable (i.e. work experience via log books). The only pain is that the timetable only shows current active registers (/enrolments), so if they pick withdrawn students I re-instate them in the training system and print the timetable from there.
