We just had our internal audit (KPMG) and we provided the same as we do for the External.

 

We give;

-          Copy of enrolment form and any linked paperwork

-          Copy of GCSE Maths and English results

-          Copy of the planned programme hours document all learners sign at the 6 weeks point to confirm their planned hours

-          As it’s mid-year we produced a report from the eRegister system that showed actual hours delivered and the remaining timetabled planned hours for each register.  They sampled a couple of these back to our live register system to ensure the data was accurate and they could trust it

-          Copy of any result sheets if quals had already been achieved

-          Copy of any electronic transfer/withdrawal requests

-          Copy of any work experience tracking paperwork

 

This was all provided electronically as scams or reports on a memory stick. This was to try and reduce paper to a minimum.

Hi everyone

 

We are about to have our first audit (internal) since we moved to ProSolution. How do you evidence 16-18 planned hours and how do you print off registers? Do you just provide screen prints of timetables and registers? We think we might be overcomplicating things!

 

We don’t really want to give them access to the system!
