***Apologies for cross posting*** Hi, We are currently restructuring our LRC service and will be carrying out internal interviews. As such, we are in the process of pulling together some rigorous interview questions for the post of Senior LRC Assistant, which is effectively replacing our previous LRC Administrator post. The post requires library, administration, and supervisory experience. Does anyone have any good interview questions that they wouldn't mind sharing off-list? I would be happy to share any responses after the interviews have taken place!
