It is an exciting time to join the Psychology team as we are in the process of rolling out Positive Behaviour Support across all of our services in the organisation and have been working closely with our Learning and Development team to develop an extensive programme of different levels of Autism training to support staff with both theoretical knowledge and practical strategies for working with Autism Spectrum Conditions. All of our residential and educational services have achieved 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings from the CQC / Ofsted.
