I am not sure we have used this forum to host clinical job adverts before. I am also uncomfortable with the forum hosting adverts that contain implicit criticism of the NHS, particularly at this time. Perhaps for discussion at Seattle?

Best wishes

Chris

Subject: Full-time permanent post for HCPC registered psychologist

Are you a HCPC registered psychologist looking for a change of pace outside the NHS / local authority with comparable pay, no waiting lists, and the autonomy and freedom to work creatively and flexibly?

We are currently offering a permanent, full-time post in a satisfying, supportive, varied role working for a well established charity with children, young people and adults with Intellectual Disability and/or Autism in Manchester.

We are looking for an additional HCPC registered psychologist to join our small and evolving team at the Together Trust, which provides community, residential and specialist education services throughout the North West.

It is an exciting time to join the Psychology team as we are in the process of rolling out Positive Behaviour Support across all of our services in the organisation and have been working closely with our Learning and Development team to develop an extensive programme of different levels of Autism training to support staff with both theoretical knowledge and practical strategies for working with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

All of our residential and educational services have achieved 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings from the CQC / Ofsted.

You can find further information on the job advert on the Together Trust website: http://careers.togethertrust.org.uk/Vacancies/Details/66218

I haven't looked back since leaving the NHS to work here and would highly recommend it.

Do get in touch if you have any questions and please share within your networks to anyone who may be interested.
