Hello,
The fslinstaller script has an option to install certain older versions ( including 5.0.9 ) although please note that we are unable to provide any support for the use of these old versions.

It is highly unlikely that using different versions of Centos would cause problems with the analysis.

Kind Regards
Matthew

Dear FSL experts,

We have been processing DTI images from the same project in two different computers using the same FSL version in both (FSL 5.0.9) but different CentOS version in each of the computers (one has CentOS 6.5 and the other CentOS 6.9). We were wondering if there could be any problem processing the images with the same FSL version but different CentOS version, taking into account we want to use all the images in the same project.

We would also like to know if there is any way to download and install an older FSL version (specifically the 5.0.9 version). If that is not the case, would painting and editing (e.g.: brain masks or ROIS) on two different versions of FSL cause any problems?

Thank you!
