Hey everyone, I hope you all are doing well. I have a question regarding pathological image representation when it comes to FSL. This question comes from the FSL Course slides provided by FSL. Here is a link to the slide I am having trouble with: https://imgur.com/a/tzVzHL7 1) My first question comes from the part that states "For example, some sequences (e.g. FLAIR) highlight lesions that are hard to see in other sequences". Can someone explain what this means? 2) And then my other question comes from the "Solutions" below. What is "cost-function weighting"?
